Nancy likes gardening.  She likes to plant flowers especially orchids.  She has over 30 orchid plants around the house, at the atrium and backyards.

Nancy's other interest is cooking.  We bought our present house because she likes the big kitchen.  Her most requested recipe is rainbow jello which is printed below

1.     Ingredients, Pot and Pan:

                  A.   4 Jello (3 oz) boxes of the following flavor;  Orange, lemon, lime, strawberry.

                  B.   6 packages of Knox unflavored gelatin.

                  C.   1 can of condensed milk.

                  D.    9 X 12 inch pan.

                  E.    Pot.



 2.     Instructions:

                  1.   Prepare Jello layer by mixing first box of orange Jello with one package of                                   Knox gelatin in about 1/2 cup of cold water.

                  2.   Boil another 1/2 cup of water.

                  3.   Pour mixture of step 1 into step 2 until mixture is all dissolved.

                  4.   Ensure mixture of step 3 is is cooled down to slightly warm before pour  the                           mixture into pan.

                  5.   Place pan in refrigerator for 18-20 minutes until Jello no longer stick to finger. 

                  6.   Prepare cream layer by mixing 2 packages of Knox gelatin with one can of                         condensed milk and one cup of cold water.

                  7.   Boil another cup of water.

                  8.   Pour mixture of step 6 into boiling water of step 7 until gelatin is all dissolved.

                  9.   Divide mixture of step 8 into 3 equal parts.

                10.   Pour one part of cream mixture from step 9 on top of refrigerated Jello of                                     step  5.   Place pan in refrigerator for 18-20 minutes until Jello no longer stick                         to  finger.

                11.   Repeat step 1 to 5 and step 10 with each box of Jello until all 7 layers are                                      completed. Place pan into refrigerator.

                12.   Wait for 30 minutes before removing pan from refrigerator and cut Jello to                                   preferred sizes before serving.
